PROVIDING REMOTE CARE DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS – Thursday, April 9th – 4:00 p.m.

Join us for an open discussion on remote patient care during the COVID-19 crisis. Leading our discussion will be Brian Williamson, MD, a board-certified cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist with the Michigan Heart Group. He is also Director of the Pacemaker and ICD Clinic Troy Beaumont, Director of Heart Rhythm, Fellowship Program Director of the Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship, and Associate Professor Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.

Doctor Williamson has been on the front lines with COVID-19 while also treating his patients by remote care. He will discuss how expanded virtual care has allowed him to keep his heart failure patients at home, less prone to infection and out of the hospital. Also joining our discussion will be OCMS President, Sharon Geimer, MD, a board-certified internal medicine/pediatrics physician who will share her treatment of patients through remote care.

You are invited to a Zoom meeting.
