As we increasingly understand the connection between people and their work environment, creating a psychologically safe space is paramount to employee satisfaction and success. Leading in a trauma informed way supports stabilizing the work environment, employee satisfaction, and workplace happiness. During this presentation we will look at actions leaders can take personally and structurally to support employees, colleagues, the organization, and even their own mental health.
