Peer Review: An Opportunity to Celebrate Quality and Lift Physician Practices
Wednesday, April 9, 2025
12:00 - 12:45 PM EST

Peer Review is an excellent opportunity for physicians to have agency in the quality and safety of their clinical care.  In this talk, we will explore the rules around Peer Review and the ability for the medical staff to self-govern safety outcomes and elevate the quality of care in their hospital.  Enhanced data analytics offers new tools to support this pursuit of physician level quality outcomes.  We will look at the opportunities and pitfalls of data gathering, peer review, quality data and the intersection with the individual physicians and the medical staff.
