Drawing on emerging research and years of clinical experience, . Brayden Yellman, MD reviews current definitions, prevalence, and risk factors for Long COVID and ME/CFS, with particular attention to post-exertional malaise, orthostatic intolerance, and common comorbid conditions such as mast cell activation. The session emphasizes practical diagnostic frameworks, evidence-informed management strategies, and accommodations that can improve function-based outcomes and quality of life for affected patients in primary care and specialty settings.
